Leatrice was friendly and professional, answered every question quickly and guided us through the entire process. Leatrice was incredible to work with! She went out of her way to answer questions, find documents, and show properties. She pays meticulous attention to the documents and caught several errors through the process. She is easy to talk with and understands how to look at a house for the things you care about. She was patient with us and our many questions, and went above and beyond in coordinating with the attorneys, selling agent, lender, and title company. We highly recommend her as your top choice for a real state agent!
Additionally, Caldwell Banker as an organization kept everything organized and were always available whenever I needed them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable real estate agency.
